Nothing in these Terms waives a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If a bank, card-network, or payment-provider dispute is initiated while a merchant refund request is pending, CBD Wellness / Hi Bio Health may suspend direct refund processing to avoid duplicate credits and may provide transaction records and supporting documentation to the institution investigating the dispute.

A customer may not knowingly retain duplicate reimbursement for the same portion of a transaction.

Consumer Reviews
